Everything it does, at a glance
GoReportIt keeps issue tracking simple: report, triage, resolve, and keep everyone in the loop. Here is the full picture, grouped so you can find what you need.
Tickets and the queue
One place for every issue, easy to file and easy to find again.
One queue, zero chaos
Every issue lands in a single queue with status, priority and category. Filter by status, priority, category or company, jump to "my tickets" or "unassigned", or narrow to just your categories.
Friendly ticket numbers
Every ticket gets a simple per-workspace number, so your first ticket is #1, not #4,821. Numbers show up everywhere: the queue, emails, push notifications and the morning brief.
Search that finds it
Keyword search matches ticket titles and descriptions and stacks on top of every other filter, so old tickets are always one search away.
Priorities that pop
Low to urgent, color-coded at a glance, so the fire gets fought before the paper cut. New high and urgent tickets alert the team immediately.
Attachments that just work
Add screenshots, photos or log files to any ticket or comment. Images show inline and are compressed on upload to save space, with sensible per-file size limits.
Categories you shape
Admins create and rename the categories that fit your business. Renaming one carries every ticket along, and categories in use are protected from accidental deletion.
Collaboration on every ticket
Keep the whole conversation, and the whole history, in one place.
Conversations, not email chains
Discuss each issue right on the ticket. The reporter and the assigned agent stay in sync without a single "reply-all".
Internal notes
Staff can leave notes that reporters never see, for the back-and-forth that should stay in the team.
Clear ownership
Assign every ticket to an agent, and reassign in one click. "Unassigned" is a filter, so nothing sits without an owner.
A full audit trail
Every status change, priority change and reassignment is recorded with who did it and when, shown as a history on the ticket.
Log a ticket for someone
Staff can raise a ticket on a reporter's behalf, for a phone or walk-in report. The ticket is recorded as theirs, notes who logged it, and the reporter is notified so nothing is a surprise.
Correct the details
Staff can change a ticket's status, priority, category, assignee and the group it belongs to, one at a time or in bulk from the queue, with every change logged.
Notifications and on-call
The right people hear about the right tickets, on the channel they prefer, around the clock.
Email and push
The moment a ticket is assigned, changes status, gets a reply, or a new high or urgent issue arrives, the right people get an email and an instant push notification, even with the browser closed.
You choose what reaches you
Each person tunes their own notifications: pick which events matter and whether they arrive by email, push, or both. Every alert email also has a one-click unsubscribe.
24/7 on-call rotation
Build a weekly on-call schedule so urgent tickets reach whoever is on duty, hour by hour, in your workspace's timezone, instead of the whole team at 3am.
On-call by priority and category
Put one person on call for urgent and another for high, and scope a rota to a specific category. Assign several people to the same hours when you want backup.
Daily morning brief
Admins get one email each morning summarizing the tickets raised in the last 24 hours, so nothing quietly piled up overnight.
Never a dropped alert
An empty on-call hour falls back to whoever was on call most recently, and a priority with no rota alerts the whole eligible team, so an urgent issue is never lost.
People and access
Model your organization, and let each person's role decide what they can see and do.
Reporters
See only the tickets they raised, in their own portal, with a search box over their own history. They never see the team queue, other people's tickets, or internal notes.
Agents
Work the shared queue and see every ticket. Give an agent categories and their view and alerts narrow to just those, plus anything they raised or that is assigned to them.
Admins
See everything, always. They run the system: accounts and roles, companies and groups, categories, the on-call schedule, and the permanent deletion log.
Companies and groups
Model your world as companies and the groups within them. Staff see which parts of the organization report the most; a person can belong to several groups.
Invite, don't hand out passwords
Admins invite a teammate by email and they set their own password, so a password is never chosen for someone or shared out of band. A pending invite can be resent any time.
A live dashboard
Staff get an overview of open and resolved counts, active work by priority, volume by category, and which groups report the most, with unassigned work called out.
Stay signed in, safely
An opt-in "remember me" keeps you logged in across browser restarts, and a show/hide toggle lets you check a password before you commit to it.
Security and trust
The safeguards a business expects, on by default.
Strict workspace isolation
Every workspace's data is walled off from every other. Access inside a workspace is enforced by role on every page and every download.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic runs over HTTPS with HSTS, and a strict content-security policy keeps the app locked to trusted sources.
Stronger passwords
New passwords are checked against known data breaches and refused if they have leaked, with a live strength meter as you type.
Abuse resistant
Sign-in and password-reset attempts are rate-limited, reset links expire and work only once, and you get an email whenever your password changes.
Two-factor authentication
Any user can turn on TOTP two-factor from their Security page, using any authenticator app, with one-time recovery codes as a backup. It can be made mandatory for the most privileged accounts.
Accountable by design
Every ticket change is in the history, and every ticket deletion is snapshotted into a permanent log that no one can edit or remove.
Privacy respected
Analytics run only on the public site, only after you accept cookies, and never inside the logged-in app. See our privacy policy.
Billing that stays out of the way
Straightforward per-seat pricing, managed from inside your workspace.
Pay per staff seat
You are billed only for the staff who work the help desk, your agents and admins. The people who report issues are free and unlimited, so your whole company can raise tickets.
Start with a free trial
Every workspace starts on a free trial. A card is required up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time.
Buy seats as you grow
Add staff seats from the billing page when your team grows, and release them when it shrinks. You are never charged for more staff than you bought.
Cards and invoices in one place
Update your card, download invoices and manage your subscription from a secure billing portal, powered by Stripe.
Frequently asked questions
What is GoReportIt?
A multi-tenant help desk and issue-tracking tool. Your people report issues, your team triages and resolves them in a shared queue, and everyone can see where things stand.
Does it send notifications?
Yes. Email and web push on new tickets, assignments, status changes and new comments, with per-person preferences and one-click unsubscribe.
Does it support on-call scheduling?
Yes. A 24/7 on-call rotation routes new and escalated high or urgent tickets to whoever is on call by priority and category, in the workspace time zone.
Is each company's data kept separate?
Yes. Every workspace is a separate tenant and all queries are filtered to the active workspace, so one company can never see another company's tickets or users.
